TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

  1. Cancellation Policy: If the client cancels the booking, the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances, such as severe weather or illness, the deposit will be applied to a future booking within the next six months.

  2. Copyright: The copyright for all photographs and videos will be retained by the company. The client will be granted a license to use the photographs and videos for personal use only, and will not be allowed to sell or distribute them without the company's permission.

  3. Equipment: The company will provide all necessary equipment for the event, including cameras, lights, and audio equipment. If any equipment is damaged or lost, the client will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

  4. Delivery: The final photographs and videos will be delivered to the client within 60-90 days of the event. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

  5. Liability: The company will not be liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the event. The client will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the event.

  6. Changes to Schedule: The company will make every effort to adhere to the schedule provided by the client, but reserves the right to make changes if necessary.

  7. Compliance with laws: The company will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to data protection and privacy.

  8. Governing law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country where the company is located.

  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
